Unfortunately you CAN'T have permanent makeup services done if you have any of the following:
- Under 18 years old
- Have any known allergic reactions or sensitivities to any topical or numbing anesthetics
- Allergic to Lidocaine or any other numbing agents
- Are on Accutane or have taken Accutane within the last year, or using Retin-A cream that may effect the healing of the skin
- Currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- Heart conditions, or high blood pressure that is not controlled
- Have any blood borne communicable disease such as HIV or Hepatitis
- Diabetic, or any form of immunosuppressant therapy, or any condition that may delay healing
- Keloid scarring, hypertrophic scarring, or any other form of excessive scarring condition
- Bleeding disorder or take blood thinners
- Have had any form of cosmetic, surgical procedure, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy at any time within the last 2 months (i.e., Botox, injections, laser therapies, face lifts, ect.)
- Have any serious medical condition
** Please let me know if you've ever had a bad reaction to dyes (hair dyes, tattoos, ect.) or any allergies to nickel.** If this is the case, I would recommend doing a 48 hour patch test in a small area. Please contact me for more details.

It is your responsibility to make sure that you have read all of the disqualifying conditions listed above to make sure that you are a suitable candidate for any of these services. If you show up for your appointment and have any of the conditions listed above or are under 18 years old, you will be sent home and you will lose your deposit.
